Freedom of Speech conquerred Freedom of Thought

Once a year, and even more often, the tragedy happens in America: the schooler buy weapon, goes to school and shoots at whom he meets. Why such things are accidental in Russia, China or Europe? The interpretation of such events by leading American telechannels is worth to look up and all will become clear. Three consecutive days they show the same image, and journalists communicate with specialists and search for answer to question “How to stop it”. The officials, the sellers of the weapon, family, school are criticized by the journalists, but neither of them find the reason in himself, in that he does , when he says all over the country the killer name and tries to find the reasons, why he has made it. Still nobody a single time on one channel say that, may be if such events did not receive such resonance, they would not happen. It is not necessary to be psychologist to understand that child, whose nerves gave out, can put a pistol to head simply at home, but nobody will say about him on television and nobody will search for the reasons, on which he made something similar, but if he make the pair of neat shots at school, in a few minutes all country will talk about him. His dying notes will be read on all telechannels, and video on YouTube will be looked-up by millions of users. Of course, a half of journalists will show him as the victim of circumstances and will try to justify him, thousands of the reasons will be found, why the child decided to do it and, of course, will increase the ratings of their telechannels.

But it would be half of trouble, and the biggest misfortune is that all America is dying of boredom, American society turned out with its laws and habits in situation, where dog eat dog, but it is not visible externally.

Normally they are always smiling at each other, hugging to greet one another, yet at the same time they talk behind each other's backs and never tell each other the truth.

So, for example, naming girl “woman”, you risk to be condemned for sexual harassment, of course, only in certain situations, it is really true. But every cloud has a silver lining, strangely enough, but positive moments were found in it. For example, it is pleasant to go to the shop with phoney smile and talk about nothing to seller. Service at Americans is really on high level, all are created for a customer. I will explain below why I write about it and what I mean.

Just a few days ago one of our projects required Content management system. Even though the majority of our staff are Americans, I made decision to purchase exactly Russian product and to support a domestic manufacturer it looks like it was an outburst of my patriotism that later cost me.

After short reflection DataLife Engine was chosen. Though we need English language and good support, I convinced all that I will make translation independently and, naturally, I will customize system for the journalists who will work with it. Product was bought, installed and after two working days I had a question for the occasion of technical realization of one of functions. I worked till morning, however I could not solve problem independently and created post on support forum. In a few hours my branch was closed and I got : note about wrong format. I.e. you present, work stopped, all wait for, when I solve the problem, and here the moderator comes really closes topic because of incorrect formation. In twelve hours there are neither letter from the administration nor advices from users. I was nerves and create post, where I ask to solve the problem and I said in Russian a few bad words to address of moderator. In half an hour I was banned and license had been annulled. Colleagues and employees consider this question a joke and offered to choose something American, because in Russia it looks like I am not quite understood. This never would happen in America, under no circumstances, neither with a company, nor in a service. At least, I did not hear about such cases. Thus we adopted hot dogs, McDonald's, words “cool, wow...” from America, but we ignored that, which was worth to learn.


Exactly due to unity in 70s Americans organized mass protest actions. At that time all these began from the institutes, exactly students organized the most mass processions. Though it is opinion that there were no protests, until they started to conscript children from rich families into the army, I do not entirely agree with that. At that time Americans had an idea, they believed that they govern their country instead of the group of persons which sits somewhere high and makes decisions on a world scale. After dialogue with the people of that generation I always have a positive impression of Americans, they cardinally are different from generations of 80s and 90s. Every days on television they saw evil Russians who dream of seizure of all world, however many of them did not believe it. Today things are different. That generation was politically aware, more or less educated, but now in the conversation about politics an American knows only what he has seen on television, but what they see from their screens - that's quite another story, but I can assure of you that they see nothing good there. Nowadays Americans shut jalousie windows and sit at home at seven o’clock in the evening, neighbors do not know each other, though they live next door for many years. What price solidarity now? The same can be supervised in Germany, however it is caused by other circumstances there, but I think that vacuousness and lostness in the eyes of “Europeans”not only I see, but also many of you. The life is stopped for them, and 20 years young man’s eyes are like the old man's eyes who live out his days and simply wants to be left alone. Exactly the same takes place in America, freedom of conscience and freedom of the thought is suppressed, they say that there is a freedom of speech, but it is impossible to understand who needs it now.
